Plant-based and vegan recipe

Everyone NEEDS to try these. They taste like the fried cauliflower bites you would order in a restaurant but they’re SO much healthier. They’re crispy and salty on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce adds a great Asian flare!
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 cup water
- Crushed up Siete chips
- 1 head of cauliflower
𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Mix flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and water together to form batter
2. Rinse and then cut cauliflower into small individual trees
3. Dip each cauliflower tree into the batter to fully coat them and then roll them in a bowl of crushed Siete chips
4. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 15 mins
5. We made a sauce of coconut aminos, vegan mayo, garlic powder, and tahini
