Baked Cauliflower Bites

Everyone NEEDS to try these. They taste like the fried cauliflower bites you would order in a restaurant but they’re SO much healthier. They’re crispy and salty on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce adds a great Asian flare! ⁣

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:⁣

- 1 cup gluten-free flour ⁣

- 1/2 tsp onion powder⁣

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder⁣

- 3/4 cup water⁣

- Crushed up Siete chips ⁣

- 1 head of cauliflower⁣

𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:⁣

1. Mix flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and water together to form batter⁣

2. Rinse and then cut cauliflower into small individual trees⁣

3. Dip each cauliflower tree into the batter to fully coat them and then roll them in a bowl of crushed Siete chips⁣

4. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 15 mins⁣

5. We made a sauce of coconut aminos, vegan mayo, garlic powder, and tahini⁣
