Chocolate Chip Banana Blondie

Gluten-free and Vegan Blondies


These banana choc chip blondies were to die for. The consistency was perfect - they reminded us more of banana bread than blondie but we weren’t complaining. The extra chocolate chunks on top ensured the perfect amount of chocolate in every bite. It’s a great dessert but healthy enough to eat for breakfast, which we love!




Ingredients


- 3 bananas

- 1/2 cup maple syrup

- 6 tbsp nut butter

- 1/4 cup plant milk

- 1.5 cups GF flour (could be almond or cassava as well)

- Pinch of salt

- Pinch of cinnamon

- Pinch of nutmeg

- 1 tbsp baking powder

- 1/4 cup chocolate chips

- Extra chocolate chips for topping

Directions


1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix

2. Put in baking tin and bake for 20-25 mins at 350

3. That's it!
