Cinnamon Banana Breakfast Coffee Cake

This delicious gluten-free and vegan treat has no refined sugar, in fact, it’s healthier than any pancake mix you’d be having alongside it! It tasted great right out of the oven and even better the next day toasted with ghee and honey.⁣

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: ⁣ -2 bananas mashed⁣ -1/4 cup sunflower seed butter⁣ -1/4 cup dairy-free milk⁣ -1.5 tbsp vegan butter or ghee⁣ -1.5 cups almond flour⁣ -4 tbsp maple syrup⁣ -2 tbsp cinnamon⁣ -1/2 tsp baking powder⁣ -1/2 tsp baking soda⁣ ⁣ 𝘊𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘦⁣ -1/4 cup oats⁣ -1 tbsp almond flour⁣ -1.5 tbsp ghee or vegan butter⁣ -1 tbsp syrup ⁣ ⁣ 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: ⁣ 1. Mix bananas with sunflower seed butter, milk, ghee, and syrup⁣ 2. In a separate bowl mix almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder⁣ 3. Pour dry mixture into wet mixture slowly while stirring⁣ 4. Pour batter into loaf pan⁣ 5. In a separate bowl mix together crumble ingredients (should be crumbly but parts should stick together. Add more butter if too dry)⁣ 6. Pour crumble over batter in loaf pan⁣ 7. Bake for 35-40 mins at 375 degrees or until knife comes out clean
