𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 If we’ve learned anything, it’s that being present is everything. Being present means practicing self-awareness, and often times, it takes a journey to cultivate this awareness. To peel back the layers of the subconscious beliefs and patterns we pick up from childhood and throughout our lives that may or may not be serving us. Being present means noticing, exploring, and sitting with your thoughts...feeling them, even the bad ones, and then letting them pass. Getting to know yourself a little bit better and a little bit deeper. Parts of us grow and parts of us die and we are always changing. So get to know the new parts of yourself and shine light and love on the old parts and wounds, then release what doesn’t serve you. Being present doesn’t have to be a task. It’s actually the one thing that gives us freedom. Start simply with noticing, every day. Just notice. Ask yourself, “what is wonderful about this moment?” to bring yourself into the present moment.
