Pitaya Blueberry Oatmeal



𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:⁣

- 1/2 cup oats⁣

- 1/2 cup almond milk⁣

- 1/2 cup water⁣

- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries⁣

- 1.5 tsp pitaya powder⁣

- 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon⁣

𝘛𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴:⁣

- Honey⁣

- Coconut flakes⁣

- Granola ⁣

𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:⁣

1. Pour oats, milk, blueberries, and water into a pot and cook over over medium-low heat for 5 minutes⁣

2. Add pitaya and cinnamon and mix⁣

3. Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes⁣

4. Put into a bowl and top with honey, coconut flakes, and granola!
